	We now have 2 order forms! The Product Order form is for items listed on Product Page. All other packets, DVD's, books, etc. will be found on the Instructional Material Order Form. At this time, we do not accept phone orders, but if you need help, call us! Please print out order forms and mail in with appropriate payment. TIP:Print out the order forms first, then you can check off your purchases as you browse the website. When printing, make sure to click on "Fit to Page" for best print results.
