New S&H rate

$12 Maximum shipping rate. To further clarify, if you add up all the S&H rates for your order and they are $12 or more, you only need to add $12 to your order for your S&H. Your rate might be less, so don't get confused and send in more than you need to. For example, if you're only ordering packets, your S&H rate will only be $3 to $8.
